Biographical / Historical

Lloyd J. Cartwright was a science teacher at Central Junior High School in Saginaw, Michigan during the 1930s and 1940s. He introduced concepts that later evolved into the Saginaw Instructional Media Center which opened in 1969. He served as its first director.
