Hi Sweetheart,

I recieved your letters the other day and also your pictures. Honey you look simply beautiful. And also look a hang of a lot older then you really are. No kidding I mean it. Duane and I went over to the Snack Bar and had a couple of hamburgs and a few banana splits. Just think I’m going to be real fat when I get home, if I keep eatting like I’m doing. You won’t want to go out with me then. I barely drunk at all anymore, I can’t see it. I haven’t left the barracks for over a month. They only time I do leave us when I go on a three day pass. I’m going on one the 13th of the month. It just makes a guy feel good to be away from the Army for 3 or 4 days. I can figure on the time flying by all the faster. Just think ten more months to go, and then I’ll be home again. Be able buy my new car, and go where ever I want too, without someone telling me where to go. Boy it’ll seem like heaven to be home no kidding. That’s all I ever dream about. To go fishing whenever I want to. Oh man I could talk about home all night long. So I’ll quit bothering you with my troubles. So goodnight Honey, sweet dreams and God Bless You.

With Lots of Love, Bob
