Hi Doll,
My goodness, but you certainly worry about me, young lady. Not to say it isn’t flattering to have so much attention, though. Don’t stop, I love it. And as for being mad – heavens no! Get hot, maybe, but that’s just looking at those pictures.
Still roosting in the same place and doing nothing out of the unusual. Only good thing that’s happened in the last few months was my promotion to Sergeant First Class. Can’t say’s I earned it, but anyhow it’s here.
Wish I could send you some pictures but at the present hav-a-no. Doesn’t seem to be any prospect of any either because nobody is going to Japan, therefore no developing. If I did have any, they wouldn’t be as good as yours, anyhow.
Can’t say for sure whether my sister has lured the poor sucker into the trap yet or not but my mother tells me the fatal thing comes off July 4, so when you get this in all probability, she’ll be wedded.
Had a good time on R+R to Japan, but had a miserable trip back here. Normally we would’ve flown back, but after the crash of that C-124 out of Tokyo all planes were grounded and we had to come back by a series of train + boat rides. Course it may sound good but with 1500 other men coming back, too, it was strictly N.G.
The only 2 good things were the 9 days we had in Tokyo and being away from the battery 3 weeks.
Gotta go, doll.
Love,
Frankie
