Hi Darling,
Boy today ime sort of missing you quite a bit ive ben thinking of you all the time we were up here. We were going to try fore a pass last night but our darn company wasn’t issueing any so we might try tonight. Ime in the rocket launching now tomorrow we git to fire em. I wouldn’t be a bit mad if I didn’t infact I hope I don’t. I just got through eating now I wish I could go to sleep but we got to go back out this afternoon, boy will I be glad when this two weeks are up I don’t especially care fore it in other words (I don’t like it)
Well hon have you ben keeping your selfe busy its all right to be busy but don’t work to hard.

Hi Dear,
I didn’t have time to finish it last night so ill do it now, this morning we left at seven oclock its about three now or three thirty boy am I tired. We didn’t even git back fore dinner we had to eat out in the field. I wish you were here I miss you like every thing. We didn’t git our pass last night infact we didn’t even try to git one. jerry called Jean last night. I wish you had a phone ide call you, just to hear from you would make me feel better. Well I got to shoot the rocket launcher today boy does that thing make a noise and when the shell hit it really blows up. Ill be glad when sunday comes I hop you can come up, jerry said don’t forgit Jean. Ill probably git a pass all day sunday so Ill be free all day, if you do some up sunday ask for company I 125 Inf. some body will tell you where were located. We haven’t ben having to bada weather but the nights are colder then heck you got to wear a big coat when you go out. you should of got my letter today I won’t git none from you until thursday or friday if you write. Ila I love you like everything I never missed any body as Ime missing you. I wish I was home instead then I could see you every night. jerry said he was going to be throwing hangernades today I don’t now if he did or not I didn’t see him yet he’s playing ball right now. Well darling I think ill close now and git washed up for supper ill see you I hope. be good.
