Dear Ila,
I received your letter yesterday, Sunday, May 30. It was good to here from you too.
How is everything there, these day’s. It the same thing day after day for me. I have somebody that took my place in the power-shed, so I let the other 2 do all the work. I just lay around in the tent all day now.
That is a good picture of you and your niece. Thank a lot for both picture. I still haven’t any good picture of myself as soon as I can get hold of some I will send them to you, O’K.
When I get hold of some more Korean money I will send you some more.
No, it isn’t too much longer before I start for home. I hope to leave some time in June. I hope I will be home for the 4 of July, but I don’t know if I will make it or not.
It hard for me to write a letter these day’s.
I suppose school is out for this year, just one more for you. What every you do don’t quite school. I quite school and now I am sorry that I did.
Well honey how do you like the job you have?
You said, to get somebody to write to your girl friend. Well if you send her addrest I will give it to somebody. (and not myself)
I see that you had a good time at the formal that nice.
Well I can’t think of much more to say so I will close till I here from you again.
