Dear Ila,
Well how everything with my best girl these day’s. How everything in school?
Well we are now in Camp Hale Colorado, it about 130 miles from camp Carson. We hit Carson Fryday night and Saturday we started for Hale. They say we will go back to Carson sometime in November when and if we do I will let you know.
When you see Jack, tell him I had it better in Korea then I have it here in Camp Hale.
How the weather back there in Michigan. The weather here in the hill is a little cold at night.
I won’t be going to town up here to much because it cost to much. $1.00 just to go to the show. That too much just to see a show I think so anyway.
Has your girl friend had a any mail from the boy in Korea yet?
Well I went mountains climing this afternoon and boy am I tired now.
There is some nice country around here, I might come back here after I get out of the army. I won’t anything for sure. By the way do you still want me to come up and see you when I get home again?
I am sending you a little loop of picture let me know how you like them.
Well honey I’m kind of tired now and I should write my mother and give her my new addrest but I will wait untill later on I’m going to go too bed. So I will close till later.
Love,
ART
