Dear Ila,

Well how everything with my best girl these day’s. Still working hard in school? Well I’m getting another 3 day pass but I won’t go any place because thing are too high and beside I need some sleep anyway . I going to write my brother in California, sometime and find out if there any work out that way if not there I well write my sister in Cleveland and find out what up there. I think I well go to work as soon as I get out. Well we have come more snow up here. It won’t be long before you well have snow were your at. Myself I like a little snow not too much. That Jim you wrote about is he the one that take you out? Well it won’t be long till Christmas 72 more day’s. I well be glad when it get here. My time going down little at a time. Do you know if Jack got out 3 month early or not? Tell him hello for me when you see him. There not much to write about when I don’t get any mail and beside there nothing think up here in the mountain to write about. Well honey I can’t think of much more to write about, so I well close for now. Write when you have time it always good to hear from you. Be god and take care of yourself, OK?
