Dear Ila,
I recived your letter this afternoon and it was good to hear from you.
I was looking at map of Michigan and I could fine Chesaning, on it. That must be a small place.
It isn’t very cold but there snow. It snowing out right now and it been snowing just about all day.
Did they win or lose the homecoming game? What Michigan going to do when they meet Ohio State in football. I think Michigan, going to lose.
I was just kidding you about writing Edna. I rember that boy in Korea was named Art too, and when Edna got the first lettler from him you were mad! Is that right? Send her addrest and I well give it to someone. Not myself.
I haven’t writen to Jack but I drop him a few line later.
I got a lettler from my brother today for Calif. The first time sence Christmas of last year. He want me to come out there and spend some time. I might take a 10 day leave next month and him and his wife. I haven’t seen them for almost 2 years.
Did you recived the birthday card I sent you?
Well it about time for the light to go out so I well haft to close for tonight. I well drop Jack a few line within the next 2 day’s.
