Immediate Source of Acquisition
Photograph was donated by Teresa A. Goodman. Ms. Goodman owns the property at 1702 Walnut St. where the photograph was in her garage. Ms. Goodman donated photo on May 1, 2017 to the Local History and Genealogy Collection at Hoyt Library.
The previous owner of the home was Frank Miller. After some investigation, it was determined that the photo was of his brother, Harry P. Miller, who received his military training at Camp Custer in the 329th Field Artillery as a Horseshoer.
