Biographical / Historical

The drug store of Alfred A. Dunk was located in the Crouse Block at the northeast corner of Washington and Genesee Avenues until it burned down in October 1872. Dunk immediately reopened his store in the Irving Block on Genesee next to the Bancroft House.
